Sweetheart Homes

When: Built circa 1971-1972

Where: Glenmore Crescent (parts), Glenvale Boulevard (parts), Goldcrest (parts).

Who: Built by Bramalea Consolidated Developments Limited

What I know: The southwest quadrant of the G-Section was built in the early 1970s, most of which was called Northgate; that area and the Sweetheart Homes are intermixed.

Many of the plans are variations of designs built a decade earlier in the Twingate area of the C-Section. See: https://bramaleablog.wordpress.com/2013/11/18/twingate/

What a fantastic name for a neighbourhood of semi-detached houses! The plan names are also great.
